Luohu ranks 6th nationwide in county-level government transparency

On April 27, the 2024 China Government Transparency Index Report was released in Beijing, ranking Luohu district sixth among county-level governments nationwide. Luohu has ranked among the top ten for six consecutive years.
Released by the Center for National Index of Rule of Law under the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the report evaluated government transparency across areas such as democratic decision-making, business environment optimization, standardized government management, public welfare information disclosure, and public platform and mechanisms construction. It assessed 48 State Council departments, 31 provincial governments, 106 municipal governments, and 120 county-level governments.
Looking ahead, Luohu aims to build on its achievements by continuing to center governance around public needs and concerns. Authorities plan to strengthen the official government website as the primary channel for information disclosure and service delivery. Additionally, Luohu is exploring the creation of a comprehensive digital government platform that integrates scenario-based services, digital tools, and intelligent user experiences. The goal is to establish a more accurate, refined, and human-centered system for public information and services.
