Luohu advances life and health industry with strategic partnerships in Shanghai


The “Shenzhen (Luohu) · Shanghai Life and Health Industry Cooperation Exchange Conference” was held on Monday in Shanghai, bringing together leading technology and health institutions to forge strategic collaborations with Shenzhen's Luohu district.
Several high-profile partnerships were signed during the event:
Luohu + Huawei Cloud: The two parties will jointly build an AI+ life and health industry innovation center, aimed at driving digital transformation and technological innovation in the life sciences field.
Luohu + Alibaba Cloud: This partnership will focus on computing power, large language models, and data resources. Together, they will explore intelligent applications in smart governance, urban management, and public service innovation, working to build a robust “technology + government” ecosystem.
Luohu + Nanjing Chi Heal Bio Medicine: Chi Heal will become Luohu’s first enterprise o provide a one-stop drug R&D platform. It will also establish an International Innovative Drug Transformation Center, focusing on global investment cooperation in life sciences and building integrated cross-border industrial and supply chains.
Luohu + Shenzhen Bay Laboratory: The partnership aims to create a life and health innovation and entrepreneurship center, functioning as an incubator and accelerator. The initiative will emphasize deep incubation and early-stage investment, supporting high-quality startups through project selection, evaluation, and strategic empowerment.
Currently, Luohu is prioritizing the development of three emerging industries: artificial intelligence, life and health, and low-altitude aerospace. Among these, the life and health industry is positioned as a core pillar of the district’s new quality productive forces, injecting renewed momentum and innovation into urban development.
